Digital Business Analyst

Location: 
Mumbai, Pune, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze CRM requirements, preferably Salesforce, including system integration and data mapping

Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and communicate priorities to development teams

Write business requirements or user stories and ensure clarity for implementation

Act as the first line of support for new enhancement requests, mapping them to existing or new capabilities

Coordinate with analysts and project managers on cross-system process or integration changes

Provide process support to simplify and standardize business workflows

Apply agile project management practices including ceremonies and conventions

Qualification:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate

Skills: salesforce, agile, jira, crm, finance, project management, private equity, financial analysis, equity research, investment banking, hedge funds, capital market, valuation, mergers, acquisitions, fund accounting, venture capital
